So good, I bought two.

I bought the Clava 4057 for my son for Christmas, he lives in Florida. When my husband saw it, while we were visiting from England, he liked the look of it, the leather is really soft and supple. Lots of space for everything that you need to take when out of the office,he decided to have one. My son said he would have liked it to take a larger lap top, but everything else was great, plenty of good comments at work and on visits. My husband can't believe how much he can fit in and it means one less case to carry especially when he has to travel by train, he has been asked where he got it from by people wanting to get one. They both wouldn't be without them.

Everything I expected

I bought this briefcase to carry my laptop, file folders, and other assorted items, I wanted to replace the much larger company issued laptop bag I used previously because I found it awkward to carry and almost impossible to fit under the seat on most planes. This case fits my 15" laptop, numerous file folders, daytimer, as well as accomodates pens, pencils, and other miscellaneous items with fit in the pockets on the front of the case. There are also 3 handy zippered pockets one of which is located on the side and is very handy for putting car keys in for quick access.One negative is that the included laptop sleeve wasn't large enough to slip over my 15" laptop. I decided the briefcase was padded well enough without taking up the extra space with the sleeve.I find this vertical case carries much better than a larger laptop bag using either the adjustable shoulder strap or the handle. Overall the case also looks very nice and is a high quality leather which looks like it will stand up well over the years.

Briefcase for the not-so-tall gentleman

I bought this vertical briefcase as a gift for my boss who is a competitive runner and slight in stature. He is also a senior executive so a cheap briefcase would not work. He loves his Clava briefcase! The style makes him look taller, and everyone comments on its unique shape as opposed to regular briefcases that other executives carry. The quality of this briefcase is great, the pockets on the inside of the briefcase are extremely functional, and he really liked the small zipper side compartment where he keeps his car keys. The briefcase comes in a protective cotton bag to protect the leather, which I have never seen on any other briefcase I've purchased in the past. And, his laptop and file folders fit perfectly in the bag, like it was made for them. I would recommend this briefcase to executives who want to have a European high-style look, especially those executives who are also slight in stature for which the larger briefcases overpower their overall appearance. Not only would I buy this briefcase again, but when it arrived, I ordered a second briefcase to have on hand as an executive gift.
