Have only used the bag for a few weeks in Germany but overall material and quality of the pack seems very good. No major faults and perfect size for what I need.Pros- One water proof zipper - Plenty of different storage spaces - Laptop sleeve fits 15" Dell 6000 laptop - Side pockets good for water bottles - Comfortable to wear for hours, though can get hotCons- Water proof zipper is up and down, rather be like the rest of them and go across the top. - Main compartment can be hard to get into quickly since zipper is covered with material flap (good for keeping water and thieving hands out though)

This backpack works great! It comfortably holds my college books and ultraportable laptop (but I'm sure you could fit normal sized laptops in too) and as soon as I pull them out I'm ready to go again with my GPS and hit the hiking trails I love. Great product, highly recommend for anyone with a need for a great day to day backpack/day pack combo.
